We’re based in Montreal and work primarily with families in Côte Saint-Luc, Hampstead, Westmount, and Town of Mount Royal though we’re happy to travel throughout the greater Montreal area.

Both. Some families trust us with the full experience: planning, styling, and personalization from start to finish. Others come to us for one element, like custom stationery or event styling. Every package is built around what you need, and we’re always happy to coordinate with your venue, or caterer.

How far in advance should I book?

For milestone celebrations like Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months ahead. For smaller events and Studio orders, a few weeks’ notice is usually enough but popular dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.

Yes! Through Timelesshost Studio, we create joyful, beautifully styled birthday parties for children complete with hands-on activities, craft stations, and workshops that keep little guests engaged. Everything is designed to feel special without ever feeling over-the-top.

Absolutely. Custom invitations, personalized gifts, and keepsakes are available as standalone orders. Just tell us what you have in mind!

It’s a relaxed, no-obligation conversation about your celebration: your vision, your dates, your priorities. From there, we prepare a tailored proposal. The consultation is always free.
